I'm looking for information on creating or modifying a skin. What programs do I need? Any coding information, tips, tricks, things to be aware of? Anything, that will get me started quickly.

Sorry I jumped the gun. I just now saw the post from FORMAT going over the entire skinning process. I started looking in the Wiki and seen nothing in that section, after I posted this then I seen the sticky post on top.
But suggestion and tips are still welcome from others.
