Can somebody create a program to make making skins easy... I mean, dreamweaver and frontpage make html easy... So why don't make a program which makes xml easy... Maybe you could make a template for dreamwaever or something (but i don't know for sure)

Im agree with you! Yesterday I tried to use Pain Shop 7 to make my own skin but I didnt know how to do it!!

I think you best start by taking the XML file of the standard skin, and just try to edit the BMP files.

It is not easy to make a new skin. Fisrt you make the lay out (deks, mixer, browzers) and after you edit the xml. You need at least 48 hours work.

Well ... the easiest thing to do is to follow the bitmap and xml skin of the other skins, and then work from there !
But you have to look into whether they are copyrighted ??
