I work in win Me and i did not test that solution in Win XP but try.
1. With notepad open the xml file from the skin you usualy use.
2. Go to the search option, of notepad, and search for "tahoma". This is the font for atomix using.
3. Replace this font to a deferent font which support greek language, like "arial greek".
4. Replace all "tahoma" with "arial greek"
5. Save us the new file in xml format and thats it.
I hope it will work but just in case before start the changes to xml of the skin file keep a copy in deferent folder.

mixali it's working!! I repalce all "tahoma" with "arial greek" fonts and that's it!
