Simple guys, the HTML code seems to be very fragile, it only seems to like IE5 and above, I dunno about Netscape..
So, if your having problems getting the skins, update your browser!
Click the skin/addon, it'll request to download a .html file, it'll be named like "76730905555752.htm", select "Open In Current Location", then the next file that IE will call will be your lovely fresh tasty download :)

Let me just say.... Anyone remember the Commodore 16/Plus 4? I used to code BASIC on that lil machine, and now I'm fluent in the (admitidly simple) language of Hypertext Markup Langauge (see "http://www.syfoon.com/"), so I think I know how to use a computer a tiny bit better then you... Plus, I can spell... "proble"...
