Hi guys!!
I havn't been skinning for a while.
I quess I've been satisfied with the few I've made
and amazed by the new skins from new skinners.
The last skin I made for myself was a remake of JN-Silver for users
with external mixers. This was great, because it "free'ed"
up lots of space for other skin-elements.
But that does not mean that I haven't been coming up with
new ideas for skins and improvements on my earlier skins.
On top of my head, these are a few changes in the skin engine
that I would like to have improved:
-1- time-info for each of the cues and not just one cue ( cue1 )
(I've allready included this in my new JN-silver skin:

Cue

1 00:45.8
2 -00:05.3
3 -01:23.4
4 -02:21.9
5 -03:56.8
-----------
This makes it easier to "map" the songs and know when
certain parts of the song will be played, especially
when you have maybe 50 new songs that you want to
mix in your set with improvisations on the fly.)
-2- Put in a additional parameter such as volume-levels for the
beattap-element in the skin-engine. That way one can make better
output LED meters using this parameter and setting transparent to false.
(-3- Gain-reset button)
