Hi. I want to use a promotional video as a slideshow. The video is on my laptop, but when I go into the slideshow settings and select the folder, the video is greyed out, meaning that it cannot be selected or loaded. Other videos of the same format (mp4) work. This video is about 15 minutes long. I'm wondering if the file size/ length of video are the issue. Any help gratefully received, thank you.
