Hallo,

Ik heb gister de Hercules DJ Console MK4 gekocht. Hierbij zat de software Virtualdj_djc. Deze werkte echter niet. Via de support pagina de nieuwste versie opgezocht. dat is 6.1.2. Echter krijg ik nog steeds de foutmelding dat het onverwacht gestopt is. Heeft iemand enig idee waar dit aan kan liggen? Ik kan ook wel 7.3 downloaden via de download pagina. Maar dan kan ik hem maar 10 min gebruiken. En heb geen zin om nog een 100 euro uit te geven boven op de 200 die ik al uitgegeven heb.

Terwijl je alleen maar onderstaand stukje nodig hebt: (Ik haal er ook een stuk uit. M'n scrollwieltje slijt zo te hard.... ;))

Allereerst: Je hebt geen €200,- aan VDJ uitgegeven. Je hebt een controller gekocht voor €200,- en daar krijg je een Limited Edition-softwarepakket bij omdat je anders een ding hebt gekocht waar je niets mee kunt. Het mooie is alleen wel dat je, als je besluit toch de Full Pro-versie te kopen, je nog een korting krijgt ook, afhankelijk van de prijs van je controller. Win-win, lijkt me. >Hier< kun je bekijken hoe veel korting je krijgt. Iets naar beneden scrollen en je Serial Number van je LE-versie intikken. Je hoeft niet meteen te kopen, het resultaat is vrijblijvend.

Dan je foutmelding: Achter de eerste regel hierboven staat dat com.apple.main-thread is gecrashed. In de onderste regels (22, 23 en 24) staan de resultaten van VDJ en daar is niet aangegeven dat dit onderuit is gegaan. Het lijkt dus niet aan VDJ te liggen.
Wat je LE-versie verlangt is dat de controller is aangesloten en herkend. Sluit dus eerst je controller aan en controleer dan (via Audio / MIDI-configuratie) of je controller wordt herkend en ook wordt gebruikt als standaard audio-uitgang.
Een 2e optie is dat de mappen waar VDJ zijn info bewaard (Is in Finder de map Documenten / Virtual DJ of Users/Gebruiker/Virtual DJ) een beveiligde map is waar het pakket niet naar toe mag schrijven. Klik eens met je rechter muisknop op de map Virtual DJ en klik dan op Info. Je kunt nu nagaan of de folder is beveiligd. Dat vinkje zou je weg kunnen halen en daarna kun je het nog eens proberen. Het kan nodig zijn de installatie opnieuw te doen, omdat VDJ bij de installatie al een beveiligde map is tegengekomen.

De map is niet beveiligd, en ik zie hem ook gewoon bij audio staan.
Het gekke is, is dat VirtualDJ home wel werkt. Alleen kan ik hem dan maar 10 min gebruiken. Heb ook al geprobeerd deze te verwijderen en alleen de DJC versie erop te zetten, maar dat haalde ook niks uit helaas.
