Hi - I am a VDJ Pro user and have registered my serial number online. Yet, when I try to download Video Transitions on my laptop, it always
pops up with an error that says "Installation Error 7".
I am using a windown 7 laptop and have service pack 1 on it as well. I have another laptop that I use as well, and I can download it there with no issues at all. What gives ?

Please make sure, you have the latest Pro version installed. See that in Config->Infos tab It should be ber 7.05b (build 380). Visit your Download Center to receive and install the latest version. http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
Also, some Antivirus softwares could block the installation. Disable them and try again.

And if everything else fails:
1) Right click on the downloaded file and select "Run as Administrator"
