I completely agree that a very simple skin for ipad is always good to have, but you need to know that browser of iRemote application can not show more than 1 song at a time, and that jog wheel is very useful to precisely set a cue point on a song and not necessarily scratch with it.
Btw, i too have big fingers, and never had an issue working with the skin :)
