Pretty easy to follow:
1. Unzip your skin files and open the .xml
2. The very first line find: ...version="..."; replace ... with "3"
3. Add the logo tag:
4.Zip file and load in vdj3 :)
Notes:
- This works great with skins > 1280x800. Haven't tested any 800x600, but my senses are telling me that if you modify the y position to 575 it should work. Play around with this a little.
- ALSO any loops that are 1/4 or 1/2 in your old skins must have their values changed to 50 for 1/4 and 25 for 1/2.

You make it sound so easy, but you have been lucky so far.
There are some skins that this will not work, and that's because the area used by the LOGO can only be used by the LOGO. If there is any other part of the skin that crosses that region then the skin will error when trying to load.
So, be careful in what you recommend.

There should be one thing able to cross the logo region, the grabzone. It would be great if the logo was automatically a grabzone.

i was thinking of using the grabzone as an extension to a skin. But i am unsure of the vaildation rules of the logo. I had another idea tho, utiltizing the panel tag. With that sections can be made hidden, so why not configure the logo to be in a small section of a skin that can be hidden and visible?

I would be very happy if you changed it, just out of good tast... please :)
and when we are first at it, the cracked version you are using have a few bugs, and one very nasty one.. that can destroy your speakers if you play loud...
anyway, getting the legal demo or the full legal version is the way to go, for a fully working app, and full support and more... :)
