I'm not yet started with programming plugins (planning to), but wouldn't it be nice to have just a small notepadplugin.
Just to make some quick notes.
Saving and opening maybe, but thats not really a priority.
Are there more VDJ users who would like to have a plugin like that?

You can simply open the notepad and switch it with Alt+Tab...

No I'm serious, i run VDJ in full screen mode (1024 * 768), and I run my desktop in 1280 * 1024.
Every time I switch the whole window needs to be set to the good resolution again.
But if you're not interested,... well oke, I can live with that. :-)

i agree, under the side list i would love to have a section i can click on type in and look at later.. saves it in a my doc files. for songs and stuff i forget and crap like that..

Ok and adding to your idea, have the notepad there for notes, but also add the ability to add songs there for karaoke. Also the ability to add Requests with the songs there. Get what I am trying to get at??

Lots of great ideas I see,
At the moment i'm busy with some other projects, but for next year I'll will take a look at the notepadplugin.
There is enough interest for, and everytime I use virtualDJ I need it myself.
