Hi all, I have been playing around with compilers for a DAC plugin and so far found DEV C++ comes up with numerous errors on trying to compile the default code from this website. On trying Microsoft Visual Studio express, i read here that you need to "Add" some software, and modify some files to make it work, and then I couldn't even find a "Compile" button.
I'm not a programmer, but only want to switch around a few button commands, and I can work that out by looking at the code.
So what is the easiest out of the box programme that will compile virtual DJ .DLL files?

I'm using Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition. After trying other copilers (including Dev-C++), I must say this is the best!
