Does anybody know of a effect that will carry on a delay effect when i stop my tcv, like echo out but carry on echoing when i stop the tcv.

This kind of effect is very great. I can do it with my tablemix.
When I will have some time, I will look to find a solution (I have a little idea but I am not sure that it will work)
