You can try (alternatively), right clicking the "download" link of the skin and click "save target as " .
Save that to your atomix/skins folder and unpack the .zip to that directory. If you are still having problems, reply back.

Please do not hijack a topic of 2002.
To download Effects you ned a serial of VirtualDJ Pro-Full registered to your account. Just enter your serial at "My Account".
After that you will be able to download Skins and effects.
