Today, one of the payment providers that VirtualDJ used to process recurring credit card transactions, Digital River GmbH, has declared bankruptcy.
While it affects a very small number of users, as we stopped using their services a long time ago, some users still had their subscription processed by them.
If that's your case, you should have received an email with instructions on how to reactivate the subscription.
