That's a computer game, not a movie!
I did do a little research earlier, and found that the guy mentioned is called Joe Spinell (not John Spinal) and found a German version of the movie on YouTube - but couldn't find any scene (on a quick scan through) with two ladies dancing, clothed or otherwise. Also the end credits only list two songs.
@bcboltman can you provide a time location of where exactly this scene is?
