Is there a pan Effect that actually goes from right to left speaker that's it?

Yes there is a pan fx under extensions
It of course requires you to be running everything in stereo ro work

Ok I don't understand is that a effect I can download? I think I'm running everything in stereo.

Yes. At least if you are running windows. Not sure about mac

But you can also simply map a knob to
master_balance
