Topic: [Fixed] VJ'Pro Not showing results

Good day, All...

I just purchased a new laptop yesterday (the one I was using for years finally died) and have installed VDJ 2021. I have an active iDJ Pool and an active VJ'Pro subscription. When I do a search for songs in VJ'Pro, it comes back with no results. Every time. It doesn't matter which song or artist I search for, I get the same result. Is anyone aware of issues with the VJ'Pro subscription(s) or how to fix the issue? I have the use the search options enabled to search those databases, but again, no results. Can anyone help?

The service is provided by 3rd party content provider (iDJPool and VJ-PRO).

They have had problems with their service today, and there been some interruptions due to this.

As a result they are now in process of moving to improved cloud hosting platform and api with higher security and performance to mitigate this. Should be up and running at full capacity asap, should hopefully not take long for them to have everything running great again
