Hi.
Please help.
Which dj controller or stand alone deck, Pioneer or Denon does video mixing?
Eg mix mp4 files mixing inbetween mp3/wav audio to mp4?
Does VDJ software work with Serato based dj controllers?
I'm still using Cdj 100mk2 CDs with mp3 files on laptop, also I drop odd Mp4 video songs on separate laptop outputing on to TV screens or projector at moment.
I know I've not moved quick enough for new tech
Please what what you recommend hardware and software?
I looked at Pioneer DDzj RZX, the big beast which dies Rekordbox video.
Also new Serato DDJ1000 SRT ( video )
Do I get these or VDJ 8 does all and work on which units?
Please help.

You can find all supported controllers here https://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ8%20Controllers.html

If you're using DJ software, then you don't need a controller that "does video". The software handles that.
Playing video is just like playing audio - load it to a deck and press play. It's up to you whether you want to connect a screen and show that video to an audience.
You can use no controller, a cheap controller or a top end one. VDJ can still output video regardless.

Exactly, I can do the same show with a DJ2GO or the MCX8000
You don't even need a laptop with dedicated graphics and any recent-ish machine with on-chip Intel graphics will work fine.
