Hey all...I prefer mixing tracks in the 126 - 128 BPM range. But many times I am a bit reluctant to mix in an older slower song, such as one with a BPM of 120 and even as low as 99 BPM. It's unfortunate because many of the older tracks are awesome. I know there is a BPM Editor in Virtual DJ 8.2 and I need to learn how to use it. But I did notice if I do raise the BPM of a track during a mix and it is looped to 4, 8, 16, etc. BPM's it timing/tempo is off and sounds off. My main question is this, can tracks with slower BPM be successfully raised to a higher BPM permanently without ill effects? Thank you in advance!
