I don't think any exist, either edit your own (very simple to do this) or buy from a site/editor that does this. Personally I think it looks cheap and avoid these edits where possible, music channels play the videos in their original aspect ratio with borders so I don't know why a VJ should be different. Using the border areas can work when using effects but definitely not for every edit.
