Topic: Pop in system when useing video

I have a Gatewaylaptop with ATI video card, I have VGA out to a pc to tv converter box. When running the video I have a pretty god picture but I get a pop in my system. This only happens when i set up to show video's, has anyone else had this problem? if yes how do I fix it.
