I remember Norway had a Hawaiian gig a year back, but can't find that thread with a list of songs. I have one coming up, help me out, gang!

All right, I got through my Hawaiian gig, and this is the partial list of what I played (it was only 3 hours, so I got off easy):
@beginning: the host wanted me to play background Hawaiian guitar, Polynesian drums stuff, so artists like Sol Hoopii (full CDs are good), The Gabby Pahinui Hawaiian Band did the trick.
@middle: I sped up the pace up a bit with Israel Kamakawiwo, Mark Kealii Hoomalu, some UB40 (Every Breath You take (reggae/tropical version), etc.).
@end: switched to reggae/tropical beats (Wyclef Jean, Elephant Man), oldies (Beach Boys, Prince) and old rock'n'roll (since that's what the host wanted).
Hope this helps someone down the road a bit.
