Phantom,
Nope the new code didn't work right. There was hope at the beginning, but loops were being stuck along with other misbehaviors.
This is how I planted your code:
<button action="deck 1 hot_cue 1 ? on & deck 1 loop ? deck 1 loop_out & deck 1 hot_cue 1 : deck 1 hot_cue 1 & deck 1 loop" rightclick="deck 1 set_cue 1" >
<pos x="374" y="152"/>
<size width="28" height="19"/>
<selected x="413+0" y="152+900+256"/>
<over x="413+0" y="152+1400+256"/>
<down x="413-1" y="152+899+256"/>
</button>
<button action="deck 1 hot_cue 2 ? on & deck 1 loop ? deck 1 loop_out & deck 1 hot_cue 2 : deck 1 hot_cue 2 & deck 1 loop" rightclick="deck 1 set_cue 2" >
<pos x="404" y="152"/>
<size width="31" height="19"/>
<selected x="443+0" y="152+900+256"/>
<over x="443+0" y="152+1400+256"/>
<down x="443-1" y="152+899+256"/>
</button>
Now, you hit button A and deck 1 goes back to cuepoint 1 and starts looping. You hit button B and you want deck 1 to jump to cuepoint 2 and CONTINUE looping...
This is what the problem is all about. The loop should not continue to Hot Cue 2 or 3.
Gotta run. Setting up for a high school dance tonight. I feel bad. They are closing the school and this is their last dance. Nice group of kids.
I'll check back in late tonight and try to explain better. And hopefully figure it out. I know it can be done. Yes Yes Yes
Thanks much,
JimJamz
