Pern - I really appreciate what you have been doing. And yes, the multiple CUE points is a big thing a lot of us were missing. But one of the other things is the ability to cycle through the cue points by hitting the CUE button.
I am deeply interested in seeing how you are implementing these features. Also, this is where having a custom mapper would be nice, like DJCel's Herc mapper. If that's not possible then if you could implement an some type of INI file for toggling certain logic and features that would be great. I could even help in building an interface for people to use for modifying the settings to exact values so there wouldn't need to be a long list of instructions and values.
