I have just understood why with Visual c++ 2005 we don't have the files. They didn't include them ;-)
Download the Windows Platform SDK

Well, I took care of the missing files in the include folder. Now I'm getting this error:
1>..\..\..\Flanger.cpp(5) : error C2001: newline in constant
Trust me that I did my part in figuring this out before asking...
Anyone has a working project that I can compile and visualize how this work? maybe I'm missing something. Look in my blog for the e-mail...
Thanks

Well, i don't manage to use Dev-C++ and Visual C++ 2005 express even after the things written on the webpage given it doesn't work.
So currently we are only sure it works with visual studio .net 2003 All the plugins on VDJ website were made with this software
But don't worry i will get more free time soon and i will have a look on all that
I'm working on a way to directly use MFC so #include "stdafx.h" instead of #include < windows.h > I know it's possible as macourteau did and i can compile his files now but i still have some issue to release something well
